Stephen has experience in the capital and business requirements of emerging companies both public and private in the Asia Pacific Region. Stephen’s emphasis is on growing RI Group’s business in the Asia Pacific regions as well as establishing the Wealth Management capabilities of the Group.
Stephen is also a Director of Metric Group Ltd and is on the Board of the Australian Institute of Management (Vic & Tas). In addition, he acts as an advisor to both East Coast Recruitment Limited and NitroPDF Pty Limited.

Mark Letos
Director, RI Group Limited – Private EquityMark has more than 10 years asset management, advisory and Corporate Advisory experience. His experience covers private equity transactions and funds management, incorporating acquisition due diligence, investment analysis and the subsequent management of portfolio assets.
Mark currently manages the RI Industrial Services Fund, a closed ended private equity fund of up to $50m established to invest in private businesses operating in the industrial services sector in Australia. He held senior positions with Bank of Scotland International (Melbourne), NIBC (Dutch Merchant Bank; London), Moore Stephens (London) and Ferrier Hodgson (Melbourne).
Mark is a member of the ICAA in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, Melbourne.
