The RI Industrial Services Fund (“RI ISF”) is a closed ended investment Fund of up to $50 million established to implement a roll-up investment strategy in the highly fragmented industrial services industry.
The RI ISF has an initial investment in two businesses which are in the process of being merged. Both businesses have attractive scale, customer market positions and strong records of growth. These businesses provide a solid platform to the Fund for high growth and returns to Fund Investors. RI ISF is supported by a highly experienced Board with industrial services skills and knowledge.
