RI Private Equity is continually seeking investment opportunities that exhibit the following attributes:
- an established market position which delivers strong growth and enhanced profitability
- highly competent, dedicated, reliable and honest management
- can be operated and grown as either a stand alone businesses which can provide a platform for future industry consolidation
- have complementary attributes which allow them to be “bolted-on” to an existing investment
- an established customer base with fully developed products with readily obtainable expansion opportunities
- a clear differentiation from competition.
RI Private Equity’s primary focus involves transactions of the following nature:
- management buy-outs or buy-ins and acquisition/roll-up strategies;
- investment opportunities in excess of $5 million;
- an influential equity position (with Board representation); and
- a clearly defined medium to long term exit strategy.
