RI Asset Management – Capabilities
RI Asset Management presently manages the RI Industrial Services Fund - a close-ended private equity fund established for the sole purpose of leading consolidation of the Australian industrial services sector, through later stage buy-out and expansion investments. The Fund is integrating two businesses that are market leaders in the retail fuel services market.
RI Asset Management is also developing another investment fund with a strategy focused on investments in environmentally sustainable businesses and technologies to be known as RI Sustainable Assets Fund.
The Fund will provide investors with exposure to assets that will benefit and grow from the momentum in consumer behaviour and global government policy toward clean energy and sustainability.
Recognizing that any sustainable project is part of a supply chain, the Fund will invest:
- upstream (supply of inputs – products or services);
- downstream (distribution of products); and/or
- within the traditional Sustainable Energy Generation investments
This Fund is expected to launch shortly with up to three operating businesses soundly based on sustainable business practice and prospects of future acquisitions.
RI Asset Management also manages a range of other businesses, privately owned by the RI Group, in the building services and recruitment industries.
