Michael Roux - Chairman, RI Group Ltd
Michael serves as Chairman of RI Group Ltd and has held senior positions leading and reshaping public and private entities through a range of structural, strategic and commercial challenges.

In addition to his role as Chairman of RI Group, Michael serves as Chairman to the Australian Davos Connection (“ADC”), KPMG Asian Markets, 5 Oceans Asset Management, VicUrban and Victorian Opera. Michael’s experience provides RI Group with significant insight and depth on strategy, positioning and opportunities.

Michael’s vast experience is drawn from key positions as Chairman and Directorships of government and business enterprises transforming Victoria as it is today. Michael has previously held roles as: Vice-Chairman of Citigroup Australia, Director of Deutsche Bank Australia, Chairman of Victorian Superannuation Fund, Chairman of Victorian Funds Management, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the TAC and Chairman and Managing Director of the Road Traffic Authority.


Stephen Roux - Managing Director, RI Group Ltd
Stephen serves as Managing Director of RI Group Ltd where he is responsible for business development and investment allocation across the group. Stephen has experience in the capital and business requirements of emerging companies both public and private in the Asia Pacific Region. Stephen’s emphasis is on growing RI Group’s business in Asia/Middle East as well as establishing the Private Wealth Management capabilities of the Group.

Stephen is a currently a Director of Style Limited (ASX:SYP), Metric HJB Group Ltd – an investment of the RI Industrial Services Fund, Stable Properties Pty Ltd, a developer of commercial and residential property projects in Sydney and Melbourne.



David Hamilton - Director & Company Secretary, RI Group Ltd
David has over 20 years experience in investment management and investment banking and currently serves as Director and Company Secretary of RI Group Ltd. This includes 15 years experience identifying strategic opportunities in the public and private sectors. David’s work has involved strategy formulation, complex commercial negotiations, corporate advisory, funds management, investment advisory and major Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.

From 1997 to 1999, David managed the sale on behalf of the Victorian Government of a wide range of assets in the electricity and gas industries, realising over $4 billion. David has a strong corporate governance focus, having undertaken governance reviews in both the public and private sector. David is also on the board of Metric HJB Group Ltd, and the RI Industrial Services Fund.
