Co-Chairman of RI Group (China) LimitedMichael has held senior positions in Australia leading and reshaping public and private entities through a range of structural, strategic and commercial challenges.
Michael also serves as Chairman of the Australian Davos Connection (“ADC”), Chairman of KPMG Asian Markets, Chairman of 5 Oceans Asset Management, Director of VicUrban and Chairman of Victorian Opera. Michael’s experience provides RI Group with significant insight and depth on strategy, positioning and opportunities.
Michael’s vast experience is drawn from key positions as Chairman and Directorships of government and business enterprises transforming Victoria as it is today. Michael has previously held roles as: Vice-Chairman of Citigroup Australia, Director of Deutsche Bank Australia, Chairman of Victorian Superannuation Fund, Chairman of Victorian Funds Management, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the TAC and Chairman and Managing Director of the Road Traffic Authority.

Director of RI Group (China) LimitedStephen serves as Managing Director of RI Group Limited. Stephen has experience in the capital and business requirements of emerging companies both public and private in the Asia Pacific Region across a range of industries. Stephen’s focus is on cross-border transactions and resources.
In addition, Stephen is a Director of Stable Properties Pty Ltd, a Melbourne, Sydney property developer, and a Director of Triptych Living Pty Ltd a $230m luxury development project in Melbourne. Stephen has had regular involvement over more than 10 years with both the World Economic Forum and the Australian Davos Connection, and more recently participated in the APEC CEO summit in Singapore. Stephen is a Director of the Australian Institute of Management (Victoria & Tasmania).

Director and Legal Representative of RI Group (China) LimitedDavid has over 20 years experience in investment management and Corporate Advisory and currently serves as Director and Company Secretary of RI Group Ltd. This includes 15 years experience identifying strategic opportunities in the public and private sectors. David’s work has involved strategy formulation, complex commercial negotiations, corporate advisory, funds management, investment advisory and major Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.
From 1997 to 1999, David managed the sale on behalf of the Victorian Government of a wide range of assets in the electricity and gas industries, realising over $4 billion. David has a strong corporate governance focus, having undertaken governance reviews in both the public and private sector.
David is also a Director of Metric Group Ltd, and a Director of the RI Industrial Services Fund.

He has previously held senior positions with Fosters Brewing Group, Telemasters, BRB Group Pty Ltd, Locomotion Australia and ARC Systems Pty Ltd. Jerry Zhang
Co-Chairman, RI Group (China) LimitedJerry serves as Co-Chairman of RI Group (China) in addition to his many private roles including President of NeoComm Technologies Co Ltd.
Jerry is a successful entrepreneur in both the US and in China, having built a number of businesses in both countries. Jerry has extensive experience in international trade between China and North America, having worked both with Chinese State-owned enterprises and with a number of US and European businesses specializing in technology and international trade matters. The State Council of China has also recognized him for his achievements as a Chinese-American entrepreneur.
