Clay Finlay was founded in 1982 and manages US$3.1 billion globally on behalf of public and corporate institutions, endowments and foundations.
Francis’ current corporate directorships include: Scottish Investment Trust, SVG Capital, (both listed on LSE), The Dubai Group, Blakeney Investors, Boyer Allen Funds and Old Mutual (US) Holdings.
Francis has previously held roles as Adjunct Professor, Columbia University Graduate School of Business (1981-1986); Director, United Asset Management (NYSE-listed 1998-2000); Member, Davos Global Issues Group, World Economic Forum (2000-2002).

Advisory Member – RI Group LimitedMichel recently retired from MDM bank – the 4th largest private bank in Russia, where he was Chief Executive and Chairman of the Management Board from April 2006 until 29 December 2008. In 1996, Michel started ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria in Moscow and was the Bank’s CEO until the end of 2005.
Prior to this Michel worked for Societe Generale in France, the UK, Australia, Japan, Spain and Russia until 1996. Michel was recently awarded France's second highest ranking national order the National Order of Merit.

Chairman, RI Development Trust. No.1Tony has over 45 years experience in property development, the vast majority as a quantity surveyor. He was previously a member of Rider Hunt from 1962 to 2006, most recently as Senior Partner, National President and Victorian Chapter President of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Founding Member of the Construction Industry Development Council and a Member of National Building and Construction Council.
Recent projects that Tony has been involved in include Freshwater Place, Eureka Tower, Polaris Apartments, Uropa Apartments, Concept Blue Apartments, St. James Apartments and Sebel.

Ian Scoble

Chairman, Metric Group LimitedIan spent over 35 years with Mobil Oil Corporation from Graduation (Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Melbourne University) through until the ExxonMobil Merger in 1999 and with ExxonMobil since the merger through until August 2007 when he retired to return home with his wife to Australia to be with extended family.
Ian held a number of regional and global senior management and board positions with the Company over his career including: Director Americas Refining ExxonMobil (Fairfax, Virginia); Team Lead Organization Redesign Team, Refining and Supply (Fairfax, Virginia); Director Asia Pacific Refining and Supply (Singapore); Chairman and Managing Director Mobil Japan (Tokyo); Logistics Director Mobil Oil Australia (Melbourne).
